At the beginning of August, the Anoumabo Cultural Center in Abidjan came alive with the spirit of digital innovation!
THETHEYA Foundation by Cybastion, through its Africa DigiEmpower program, has partnered withDigiFemmes Ivory Coast, offered 100 women from the Anoumabo community in Abidjan free training in technologies to strengthen their digital skills and improve their online sales.
“Training women is an investment in the growth of the entire community. With Africa DigiEmpower, we want every woman to have the necessary tools to succeed in the digital world,” emphasized Fatima Kourouma, program director of THEYA by Cybastion Foundation, about the foundation’s mission.
Africa DigiEmpower will continue to expand its technology training initiatives to advance digital inclusion and empowerment through technology.
Training Program Highlights:
- Creation of accounts on the NetAcad platform
- Awareness of cybersecurity skills and best practices
- Introduction to digital skills
Hands-on use of AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva - Raising awareness about the fight against disinformation
