Own personnel security across the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit, including clearance-file preparation, eligibility monitoring, internal access decisions, security briefings and incident response.

Mission

Own personnel security for the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit, closing the gap between government clearance processes and Cybastion’s own internal access controls.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain clearance files and track eligibility through the competent authority.
  • Decide, review and withdraw internal access to Business Unit systems, facilities and information.
  • Deliver security briefings and coordinate personnel-security incidents, travel and country-team requirements.

Your profile

  • Substantial personnel or industrial security experience in the defense or intelligence community.
  • Demonstrated experience building a screening and access framework where none existed.
  • Strong judgement on the boundary between employer verification, internal access and government clearance.

Executive & Security

Executive Assistant

Analyst U.S. clearance eligibility required Arlington or Tysons, VA

Support NDI leadership through complex calendar and travel management, request filtering, decision-file preparation, official visits and disciplined tracking of executive decisions.

Mission

Provide executive support to NDI leadership while maintaining clear priority rules, controlled information access and reliable decision follow-through.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and travel across time zones.
  • Filter requests and route them to the right owner instead of defaulting everything to the executive.
  • Prepare meetings, decision files, official visits and the decision register.

Your profile

  • Experience supporting senior executives, preferably in defense, government or another regulated sector.
  • Strong judgement, discretion and organisation under competing priorities.
  • Ability to prepare clear executive materials and track actions to closure.

Legal & Compliance

Compliance Officer

Own export-control and regulatory compliance across technology and data transfers, licensing, counterparty diligence and transaction review, with authority to stop a prohibited commitment or transfer.

Mission

Own export-control and regulatory compliance for the Defense & Intelligence Business Unit, including the parts of the risk that extend beyond physical shipments.

Key responsibilities

  • Classify products, technologies and services and manage licence requirements.
  • Screen counterparties, intermediaries, agents and end users before commitments are made.
  • Clear, condition, refuse or suspend transactions where legal or regulatory issues arise.

Your profile

  • Substantial export-control or trade-compliance experience with hands-on classification and licensing work.
  • Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR and OFAC frameworks.
  • Experience with defense or dual-use items and foreign-government end-user processes.

Legal & Compliance

Paralegal

Analyst U.S. clearance eligibility required Arlington or Tysons, VA

Provide contract administration and legal support, maintaining approved templates, negotiated versions, obligation tracking and timely escalation of issues requiring counsel.

Mission

Make the Business Unit’s agreements traceable and actionable while keeping legal advice and approval with qualified counsel.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare NDAs, orders and subcontract documents from approved templates.
  • Maintain version control, the contract register and post-signature obligation tracking.
  • Spot deviations, IP, data-rights and licensing issues and refer them for legal validation.

Your profile

  • Paralegal qualification or relevant degree.
  • Experience in contract lifecycle management, preferably in government contracting, defense or a regulated sector.
  • Precision with documents, versions, dates and escalation boundaries.

Sourcing & Procurement

Sourcing & Procurement Manager

Manager U.S. clearance eligibility required Arlington or Tysons, VA

Lead Business Unit procurement across classified and unclassified programmes, balancing lead time, quality, total cost, supplier performance and dependency rather than unit price alone.

Mission

Build and operate the procurement route for NDI across U.S. and country programmes, including long-lead and constrained defense supply.

Key responsibilities

  • Set category strategy and run RFI/RFP, evaluation, selection and negotiation cycles.
  • Qualify suppliers and manage critical dependencies, obsolescence and sole-source risk.

Senior Director U.S. clearance eligibility required Arlington or Tysons, VA

Hold technical authority for NDI across requirements, architecture, design reviews, qualification, deviations and customer acceptance, while building a sustainable technical organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Approve technical requirements and architecture direction before customer commitment.

Own and deliver the Fusion Center platform through operational handover, including data governance, architecture, performance, analytics and sustainable operational readiness.

Mission
